Paul is a highly experienced Corporate and Investment Banking expert, having started his career in PwC in both Nairobi & London offices before joining BNP Paribas Investment Bank, London. Paul has also worked at Equity Bank as Group CFO, responsible for strategy across five countries in the East African region. Prior to joining ANARROSI, Paul served as the CEO of Chase Bank (now SBM Kenya).

Whilst at BNP Paribas, Paul worked extensively in Carbon Credits and Distressed Assets projects and currently heads the Environmental and Conservation Projects at ANARROSI. He has also led the origination and oversight of many mandates involving capital raising, mergers and acquisition, capital restructuring and value realizing events across a wide array of industry sectors.

Paul has BA in Economics from the University of Nairobi and an MBA in Finance from University of Manchester. He is also CPA (K) and holds a London's MCSI Diploma (Derivatives & Fixed Income Securities).

Alex is an experienced treasury expert with over 15 years in the financial services industry, having started off his career at ICEA Asset Managers as an analyst.

He later joined the banking industry, starting off at Imperial Bank as a bond trader before joining Chase Bank (K) Ltd (now SBM Bank) with roles cutting across forex customers and interbank trading desks. While at Chase Bank(K) Ltd, he structured numerous hedging instruments for corporate clients keen on mitigating against forex and interest rate risk. Additionally, he actively advised clients cutting across various sectors on optimal funding structures as well as meeting their forex needs.

Alex earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree (Banking and Finance) from the Africa Nazarene University and has a Masters in Business Administration from Strathmore Business School.

Charity is an experienced Administrator with over 4 years experience in Financial Services, and 2 years in PR and Marketing. She has previously worked in Chase Bank (currently SBM Bank Kenya) in Operations and Customer Service and for various Public Relations agencies as a Coordinator

She currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Board and Management of ANARROSI group companies.

Charity has a Bachelors degree in Public Relations from University of Nairobi. She is also a member of the PRSK (Public Relations Society of Kenya).
